Dear Mrs. Gordon:

On February 20, 1992, the Port Coquitlam Girl
Guides and Boy Scouts will hold their annual Thinking Day
ceremony and torchlight parade. The parade will leave Vis-
count Alexander School, Northside Mall, James Park School,
and Aggie Park at 6:45 Pp.M., and proceed to McLean Park,
Our ceremony will commence at 7°15 p.m. at Mcbean Park, We
would appreciate it if the Engineering Department could
turn on the lights from 6:00 Pem. until 8:30 p.m. Ags well,
we request permission to use torches and to extinguish them
at McLean Park in drums that we will provide.

If your office could inform me of the date that
Council will address this issue, I will be in attendance at
the Council meeting.
