V3CG 248 Dear Mrs. Gordon: On February 20, 1992, the Port Coquitlam Girl Guides and Boy Scouts will hold their annual Thinking Day ceremony and torchlight parade. The parade will leave Vis- count Alexander School, Northside Mall, James Park School, and Aggie Park at 6:45 Pp.M., and proceed to McLean Park, Our ceremony will commence at 7°15 p.m. at Mcbean Park, We would appreciate it if the Engineering Department could turn on the lights from 6:00 Pem. until 8:30 p.m. Ags well, we request permission to use torches and to extinguish them at McLean Park in drums that we will provide.
