REAL PROPERTY FOR SALE BY TENDER

The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam invites tenders for the
purchase of the undernoted property:

1. Lot 348, District Lot 232, Group One, Plan 30872, except part subdivided by
Plan 37960, New Westminster District,

This property is located at 2150 Nova Scotia Avenue,
The property is now zoned RS-2 (Single Family Residential).

Tenders must be enclosed in sealed envelopes plainly marked on the
outside "Tender for Lot 348 and addressed to:

R.A. Freeman,

City Clerk,

City of Port Coquittam,

2272 McAllister Avenue,

Port Coquitlam, B.C.
and be in his hands by 12:00 o'clock noon, Thursday, November 6th, 1986. Any
tender received after this time will be returned unopened as will all tenders
Inadvertentiy opened before the closing time as a result of not being
adequately marked on the outside of the sealed envelope as required.

Terms of Sale: “

1, A certified cheque In the amount of 10% of the amount offered must
accompany each tender as a deposit and each tender will be open for
acceptance by the Council for a period of 30 days. Upon a tender being
accepted by the Counci! the balance of the offered price must be paid by
the successful tenderer within 30 days or as soon thereafter as
requested or the deposit will be forfeited.

The certified cheques of the unsuccessful tenderers wi 11 be returned no
later than 30 days after the closing time specified above.

Offers may be made subject to rezoning of the property to RS=-1A (Single:
Family Residential). Offers should clearly state whether or not they are
subject to rezoning. If an offer Is made subject to rezoning, the time for
payment of the full balance of the purchase price shall be extended until 15
days following adoption of a zoning amendment bylaw for the property. If
the property is not rezoned before February 28th, 1987 the sale agreement
shail be terminated and ali money paid shal! be refunded. Zoning amendments
are entirely within the discretion of Counci! and the City does not warrant
or represent that any rezoning will be advanced or adopted.

No real estate commission of any kind whatsoever will be pald by the
City.
