Terms of Sale: “ 1, A certified cheque In the amount of 10% of the amount offered must accompany each tender as a deposit and each tender will be open for acceptance by the Council for a period of 30 days. Upon a tender being accepted by the Counci! the balance of the offered price must be paid by the successful tenderer within 30 days or as soon thereafter as requested or the deposit will be forfeited. The certified cheques of the unsuccessful tenderers wi 11 be returned no later than 30 days after the closing time specified above.
