Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in attendance. Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer F.E. Peters, P. Eng., Deputy City Engineer/ Operations Manager T.M. Chong, P. Eng., City Treasurer J.G. Maitland, Chief Building Inspector N. Chernoff, Director of Communi'ty Planning: W.A.: Brown and Deputy Fire Chief R. Moved by Alderman Stewart: Seconded by Alderman Kery luk: That City Council! adopt a resolution issuing a Development: Variance - - Permit to Lot 2, District Lot 232 and 340, Group One,- Plan -71468- New-- Westminster District varying provisions of Subdivision Bylaw No. 2126, Schedule C, Design Criteria, Section 4.4.3, driveway grades subject to the builder installing driveway heater tapes to satisfaction of the City. Deteated,. Mayor Traboulay & Aldermen Stewart and Wright voted in favour of the resolution. Prior to the question being called on the foregoing resolution the following resolutions were proposed. ; Moved by Alderman Keryluk: That the Chief Building Inspector's September 9th, 1986 memorandum regarding 1133 Fraserview — Development Variance Permit be deferred until a report is received from the Solicitor, a Lost for want of a seconder.
