BYLAW NO. 2124

A Bylaw to amend the "Traffic
Regulation Bylaw, 1971, Now 1117"

The Muntetpal Counec!! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, tn open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the "Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 1971,
No. 1117" 1s amended by deleting the specific parking regulation "Limited Time
Parking = 2 hours «= 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 pam. ~ Monday to saturday Inelustvet
applied to the west side of Donald Street from the lane Immediately north of

Wilson Avenue to Whyte Avenue.

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule "an of the Bylaw Is further amended, by
Inserting theretn, In Its correct alphabetical order, a restriction "Limited Time
Parking = 3 hours = 8:00 a.m. ‘to 6:00 Pam. = Monday to Saturday Inclusive" on the
west side of Donald Street from the lane Immediately north of Wilson Avenue north

to Include 8 parking spaces.

Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw I's further amended, by
“Inserting theretn, in tts correct alphabetical order, a restriction "Limited Time
Parking - 2 hours = 8:00 eM. TO 6:00 p.m. - Monday to Saturday Inclusive" on the
west side of Danald Streat from the south property line of Lot 2, Plan 16910

South to Include 8 parking spaces. .

Clause (¢) of Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw Is amended by Inserting,
after paragraph 22, the follow!ng as paragraph 23:

"23. Limited Time Parking - 3 hours = 8:00 asm. to 6:00 p.m. ~ Monday to
Saturday Inclusive", |

Clause (e) of Section 1 n¢ schedule "D" of the Bylaw ts amended by deleting the
words "Tyner Street" and inserting the words "Broadway Street",

This Bylaw may be clted for al | purposes as the "Traffic Ragulatton Bylaw, 1971,
No. 1117, Amandment Bylaw, 1985, No. 2124", |
