Alderman Mabbett advised he wanted to discuss the proposed rezoning

expressed concern regarding rezoning the property to C-2.

That the rezoning of Lot A, District Lot 232, Group One, Plan
20589, New Westminster District, from C-1 to C-2, for property addressed
as 1502/08 Columbia Avenue, be referred to the Planning and Zoning
Committee for further study and report to Council.
