“dorsing the recommendation of the Greater Vancouver Regional District shat
the Board direct its officials to prepar® a brief in support of the request
stated in recommendation No. 5 above for augmented legislation and prograns,_
and that this brief include a mquest’ that the four Regional Districts and
other bodies having jurisdiction in the floodplain (such as dyking commis~
sions) be brought together by the Provincial government for discussion of

the problems prior to preparing jegisiation and action programs, be accepted. ~

Member Municipalities, and other Regional Districts and Monteipal ‘cometts
