That the rezoning application for 2624 Coast Meridian Road b. approved to
proceed for rezoning from A-l (Agricultural Zone) to RS-< (Small Lot
Residential Zone ) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act, subject to:

Ll. Submission of subdivision layout to the satisfaction of the
Approving Officer:

Solution of the concerns expressed by the Municipal Engineers;

The proposed subdivision to provide bicycle paths to standards
acceptable to the Municipality.

Hastings Street - Rezoning Application.

That the rezoning Application for 3340 Hastings Street be: approved to
proceed for rezoning from RS-1 to RS-2 under Section 963 of the Municipal Act
subject to:

le Satisfaction of engineering requirements;

20 Submission of and approval of a Development Variance Permit to
relax the requirement to develop the lane surrounding the
property; _

The applicant entering into an agreement to provide the existing
house with driveway access and a parking for two cars in
compliance with the Zoning Bylaw; —— :
Satisfaction of the Bullding Department's concerns.
