NOTICE OF INTENTION

TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to the authority of Section 574 of the
"Municipal Act”, being Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes of British
Columbia, 1979, for the purpose of relocating portions of road shown dedicated
on Plan 15486, New Westminster District, in the City of Port Coquitlam in the
Province of British Columbia, The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
iutends to dispose of the aforesaid portions of road in exchange for a portion
of Lot 232, Plan 3299, New Westminster District, ineluded within the heavy
outline on a reference plan certified by RM. Reese, British Columbia Land
Surveyor, dated the 26th day of May, 1988, to be established as an addition to
the roads in the City of Port Coquitlam. The portious of road intended to be
exchanged are shown hatched on that plan.

The location of the proposed road exchange is on the North west side
of Brand Street.

A Copy of proposed Bylaw No. 2374 cited as the “Brand Street Road
Exchauge Bylaw, 1988, No. 2374" may now be inspected in the office of the City
Clerk, Suite 214, 2571 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, 8.C. between the
hours of 8:30 asm. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on regular working
days.

Any representations with respect to this matter must be received in
the Office of the City Clerk by 12:00 noon, Friday, July 8cn, 1988 aud will he
considered by the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam at its uext regular meeting held after that date which is now
scheduled to be Mouday, July llth, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at which time Bylaw No.
2374 will be considered for final reading.

Due to reconstruction of the Port Coquitlam City Hall the Council is
now meeting at the “Campbell Room” Poco Best Weatern Motor Inn, 1545 Lougheed
Highway, Port Coquitlam, B.C.
