Goudal and Asgociates under their File Number C3950~88C now zoned P-2 (Private Institutional). is hereby rezoned from P~2 (Private Institutional) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No, 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. That certain parcel of land situated in District Lot 232, Group One, New Westminster District, in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: That part of Lot "“B" shown on a Proposed Subdivision Plan dated May 6th, 1988 prepared by V.C. Goudal and Associates under their File Number C3950-88C now zoned RS-1 (Large Lot Residential). ig hereby cezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
