The resolution proposed above was prepared pursuant to
Council's instructions issued on December 16th, 1985 and if if
is passed by Council we will forward it to the Ministry of
Municipal Affairs and that Department wil! then prepare the
Agreement and will contact Mayor Traboulay concerning a signing

ceremony.
