Tne Municipal Council of Tne Corporation of tne City of
Port Coquitiam wilt Noid a Public Hearing in the Council
Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hal!, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port
Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, December 17th, 1984 at 7:30 p.m. to
consider the foltowing proposed bylaw to amend the "City of Port
Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, Now 1651":

‘Bylaw No, 2069: to rezone the easterly 2 acres (8093.44 sq.m.)
of Lot 2 shown on a subddivision plan of a portion of
District Lot 380, Group One, New Westminster District
prepared by Helge Jacobsen & Associates, Professional @.C.
Land Surveyors unger file no. C-84-5234-2 and dated
November 16Thn, 1984 from RS-1 To CS~1.

This property is tocated at 2706 Lougheed Highway and upon
comptetion of the rezoning procsdures it is expected that an
automobile dealersnip will oe established on the property.

A copy of the proposed bylaw and other relevant documents
may. be inspectea in the Qffice of the City Clerk, Port Coquitiam
City Hall, at The adaress given above, between the hours of 8:30
a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on regular business days, from the date of
this Notice until the Public Hearing.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by
the proposed bylaw shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard
at the Pubtic Hearing on matters contained in The bylaw.
