AND WHEREAS to facilitate the construction, improving, extension,
alteration, repair, maintenance and operation of sanitary sewer

works, the Grantor has agreed to permit the construction by the -
Grantee of the aferementioned works on the said lands, to grant
for that purpose the Statutory RignteafeWay hereinafter mentioned.

NOW THIS INOENTURE WITNESSETH that in consideration of the sum of
Qne Dollar ($1.00) now paid by the Grantee to the Grantor (the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged) and for other valuable
consideration the Grantor, for himself, his hairs, executors,
administrators and assigns, does hereby give and grant unto the
Grantee, its successora and assigns, a Statutory Right-of-Way and
the full, free and unrestricted right liberty to construct and
maintawin the afarementianed works in, aver and upen ALL AND
SINGULAR thet certain parcal or tract of land and premises,
situate, lying end being in the City of Port Coquitlam, in the
Province of British Columbia, and being mere particularly known

and deseribed as:

Range 1 Eest, New Westminster District, Plan

included within the 4M outline on Statutory
Right-afeWey Plan No.

{hereinefter referred ta as "the said

Stetutory Right-of-Way")

Said Stetutory Right~of-Wey is assentiesl to the operation and
maintenance of the Grentee'sa undertaking.

AND foo the purposes aforesaid to enter upon and heave free and
uninterrupted access at ell times to the said Statutory
RightwofeWey, with or without workman, vehicles .and equipment.

ANO ta enter upon and have free and uninterrupted access for the
purpose of repairing, cleaning and otherwise servicing the
aforementioned works, pleced by the Grantee upon the seid lands.

AND it is mutually understood and sgreed by and between the
pacties hereto that this [ndenture shall be construed as a
covenant running with the lend.

ANO HAVE ANO TO'HOLD unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns
forever.

THE GRANTOR HEREBY AGREES that for the purpose of installing the
worka initielly, the Grantee may enter upon an additional fifteen
feet of tha Grentor's property adjacent to the Statutory
Right-of-Way. .

THE GRANTOR HEREBY COVENANTS and sgrees with the Grantee that the
Grantor will not erect, place or maintain any building, structure,
concrete driveway or concrete patio, on any portion af the.
Statutory Right-of-Way.
ANO THAT the Grantor will not do or knowingly pecmit to be done
any act or thing which will interferes with or injure the said
works and in particular, will not carry out blasting on or
without the consent in

adjecent to the Statutory Right-of-Way,
weiting of the Geantee provided that such consent shell mot be

unreasonably withheld.
