Statutory Right-of-Way. ANO THAT the Grantor will not do or knowingly pecmit to be done any act or thing which will interferes with or injure the said works and in particular, will not carry out blasting on or without the consent in adjecent to the Statutory Right-of-Way, weiting of the Geantee provided that such consent shell mot be unreasonably withheld.
