Assessment Methods

The Committee reviewed the attached report from the Treasurer
and recommends that Council switch to Assessment Option 'C' for 1982.

1982 Business License Rates

The Committee recommends an increase of 20% of business license
rates for 1982. (see Treasurer's report).

1982 Water & Sewer Rates

The Committee recommends the rate structure as outlined in the
Treasurer's report.
