A By-law to stop up and close to traffic a portion of road opuh

dedicated on Plan 27977, District Lots 379 and 463, Group One, New Westminster
District, in the City of Port Coquitlam. | -
| WHEREAS pursuant to clause (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 578 of the.
"Municipal Act", being Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia,
1979, the Municipal Council may by by-law stop up and close to traffic a highway
or any portion of a highway;

. | ‘AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of highway

hereinafter described be stopped up and closed to traffic;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City

of Port Coquitiam, in open’ meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

All those portions of Road in District Lots 379 and 463, Group .
One, New Westminster District shown dedicated on Plan 27977
having ‘areas of 0.0737 ha and 0.0611 ha shown within the outline
ona Reference Plan certified by Walter E. Frith, British:
Columbia Land Surveyor dated the 3rd day of June 1980, a copy
of which is attached hereto; |
ds hereby stopped up and closed to traffic.
2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Donald Street

Road Closure By-law, 1980, No. 1761".
