BY-LAW NO. 1551 0 1 N CIL

A by-law to authorize The Corporation of the City of Pert Te

to dispose of a portion of Imperial Avenue shown dedicated on Plan JUL

UG 8 1977

District Lot 466, Group One, New Westminster District in exchange for

sufficient land to re-locate the said road.
HUEREAS The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is desirous of
cancelling a portion of Imperial Avenue shown dedicated on Plan 2294, District
Lot 466, Group One, New Westminster District in the City of Port Coquitlam, in
the Province of British Columbia; “
AND WHEREAS the Registered Owner of the land described in Section ‘2
of this By-law has agreed to convey the said land té the city in exchange for

‘the lands comprising the portion of Imperial Avenue to be cancelled;

AND WHEREAS the "Municipal Act" being Chapter 255 of the Revised

’ Statutes of British Columbia, 1960, provides that the Council may by By-law

dispose of any portion of a highway in exchange for such lands as may be

necessary for the purpose of improving, widening, straightening, re~locating

or diverting the highway; -

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City

‘of Port Coquitlam, in, open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

By-law, ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises

which may be more particularly described as follows:

One, New Westminster, District shown dedicated on registered plan

Walter E. Frith, B.C.L.S. and dated the 8th day of July, 1977, a

copy of which is attached hereto

at or for the price or sum of Thirteen Thousand Three Hundred Thirty
($13,330.00) Dollars and in exchange for those certain parcels or tracts of

land described in the next Section hereof.

2. ° The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam fs hereby authorized
