SCHEDULE I

SCHEDULE OF PERMITTED LAND USE:

The aforementioned properties shall be restricted to the following uses only in the approximate
location as illustrated on Schedule II of this bylaw:

LOT 1:
All uses permitted under the "General Industrial (M-1)" Zone.

LOT 2:
All uses permitted under the "General Industrial (M-1)" Zone.

The following uses permitted under the "Clean Industrial (M-3)" Zone:

(a) Offices used by engineers and surveyors.
