That the Municipal Council purchase Lots 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24, Plan 1931, more
commonly known and described as 1781 - 1791 Menzies Street for the sum of One Hundred

Forty Five Thousand Dollars ($145 ,000.00).

That the Bank of Montreal (the "Bank") is hereby authorized on behalf of the Corporation
of the City of Port Coquitlam:

a. to receive for safekeeping property, including securities, which is from time to time
delivered for safekeeping to any office, branch, agency, depository or representative
of the bank;

to hold, deliver, sell, exchange, or otherwise dispose of or deal with any or all such
property including such securities pursuant to verbal, facsimile, or written
instructions given from time to time by or on behalf of the City of Port Coquitlam;

to transfer any such property, including any such securities to another office, branch,
agency, depositiory or representative of the Bank,

to return, upon request for withdrawal of any bearer securities, the identical bearer
securities lodged or others of like tenor in every respect which the City of Port
Coquitlam shall accept in lieu thereof;
