RE Development Variance Permit No. 35/92 — 3050 Shaughnessy Street

Resolution:

That as recommended by the Recreation Manager/Deputy Director in his
memorandum of May 7th, 1992 the Voluntary Development Variance Permit be.
issued for 3050 Shaughnessy Street in the form appearing in the Agenda
documents of this Council meeting.

Background & Comments $

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of

May lith, 1992 the owners and residents of property surrounding the subject
properties have been advised that Council are considering issuance of this:
Voluntary Development Variance Permit on June 29th, 1992. Accordingly, at
this time written or verbal submissions should be considered by the Council
and a decision reached as to whether or not the Development Variance Permit

should be issued.
