The principal dwelling in which the accessory home business is being carried out shail have at least two off~street parking spaces. No structural alterations or additions shall be made to a dwelling to accommodate an accessory home business. No signs relating to an accessory home business shall be displayed on residential premises. An accessory home business shall occupy not more than the lesser of 20% of the floor area of the dwelling unit (excluding the acea of an attached garage) or 46 square metres (495 square feet). (9) For the purposes of the parking or storage of commercial vehicles or trucks, Section 504 of the Zoning Bylaw shail apply.
