Stop on the Eastside of Mary Hill Road.

That Council approve the request from BC Transit for placement of a
stop on the eastside of Mary Hill Road, approximately 90 feet north of
driveway to the access to the Terry Fox Library parking lot.

From the City Engineer, November 18, 1991 regarding the Agreement
Payment of DGC's — Subdivision 3610 Westwood Street.

That His Worship, the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to execute
the attached Development Cost Charge Payment Agreement with respect to the
proposed subdivision at 3610 Westwood Street.
