A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of The City
of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall,
2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, February 25th, 1991,
at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Aldermen M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon,
J.J. Keryluk, R.H. Talbot, M.A. Thompson and M.R. Wright in attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk R.A.
Freeman, City Engineer I. Zahynacz, and Director of Planning C.R. Felip.

CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES:

That the minutes of the Public Hearing and Regular Council meeting held on
February 18th, 1991 be taken as read and adopted.

Carried.

SPECIAL PRESENTATION:

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Mr. Kevin Reynolds, Mr. Allan
Reynolds and Ms. Nicole Fidler and presented them with Civic Recognition
Certificates for their participation and accomplishments in the 1990
Provincial Swim Championships.
