Curbside Recycling Programme.

That the City implement a programme for the weekly curbside collection of
recyclable materials.

That Item 2 and 3 from the May llth, 1990 report regarding Curbside
Recycling Program be referred to the Environmental Protection Committee for
further clarification of cost.

Prior to the question being called on the foregoing resolution:

That Council accept the proposal from International Paper Industries (IPI)
as the lowest cost option for the provision of weekly curbside recycling
collection services;

And That City staff be authorized to prepare a contractual agreement with
IPI for the provision cf a weekly curbside collection of recyclable materials
form single family and multi- family residences in the City.
