Item B is the network analysis, design, preparation of cost estimates, and preparation of Specifications and contract documents for the Penny Place Pump Station. Dayton and Knight have submitted the lowest price for this work. The total cost of $18,850 is below the $20,000 allocated,. although we would have to transfer some funds from the sewer design budget to the water to cover the respective costs.
