Wa can arrange to have only essential vehicles at that eite, again to reduce
the impact on the neighbourhood. These vehicles would be the camara truck,

sound van, special effects trailer, grip/electric pick-ups and the generator

truck,

It is always our policy to distribute letters of explanation to the neighbours
and the merchants in any area where we film. ‘These letters help to inform
these people about the project, where we will be actually filming and provide
contact names and phone numbers, should they have any questions or concerns.
My assistant Location manager is always on the sat to deal with any immediate
Problems, to answer questions, carry out the requirements of the location
owner and the municipality and ensure that the area is left in a clean state.

Certificate of Insurance ag proof of our general liability coverage. I would
