SUBJECT: Development Variance Permit No. 4/88
for 1964 —- 68 Coquitlam Avenue

RESOLUTION:

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of Jamary 26th, 1988 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
approved relaxing the requirements of Bylaw 2240, Section 808, RM-4 Apartment,
Section (6), sideyards from 7.5 metres to 1.8 metres.

BACKGROUND AND COMMEN'TS s

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of June
13th, 1988 the owners and residents of property surrounding the subject
property have been advised that Council are considering issuance of this
Voluntary Development Variance Permit et its meeting of June 27th, 1988.
Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be considered

by the Council and a decision reached as to whether or not the Development
Variance Permit should be issued.
