It will be a requirement of sale that the pronerty be consolidated
with Lot 4 to the south

No real estate commission of any kind will be paid by the City.

Iuformation on existing services to the property may be obtained from
the City's Engineering Department. All costs of further servicing the
property shall be paid by the purchaser including payment of
Development Cost Charges and connection fees.

The lowest price that will be accepted for the property is $30,500.00.
