NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:

THAT no inconsistency can be seen to exist between the amendment to the
Official Community Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2311 and the
City's most recent Cavital Expenditure Program;

seen to exist between the amendment to the

meeting of May 13th,

THAT no inconsistency can be
