COMMENTS:

This application is to rezone the B.C. Hydro property and
subdivide six RS~1A lots along Citadel Drive.

Due to the prominence of this location, there is concern about

recommended the applicant be advised that changes should be
made before the rezoning can be approved. The changes are that
RS-1 lots would be more appropriate at.this location than RS-1A
lots due to the role of Citadel Drive as an entry road into the
Citadel Height subdivision. Also, because of the standard of
housing being constructed in the area it is recommended that
the suoddivision plan include provision for architectural!
control for house designs. .
