BYLAW_ NO. 2016

A Bylaw To amend the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651".

The Municipal Counc: ! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows: .

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which
is more particularly described as:

Lot 12 of Lot "Ee"

Block 5

District Lot 465

Group One

Plan 21201

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS=1 to RT=1 and the Zoning Map.of the "City of Port

-Coquitiam Zoning Bytaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this

rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for al! purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning

Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651,’ Amendment Bylaw, .984, No. 2016".-

Lot 12 of Lot "E", Block 5, District Lot 465, Group One,
Plan 21201, Naw Westminster District, from RS=-1 to RT-1.

This property its located at 3691/93 St. Annes Street and
the rezoning is being undertaken to bring an existing non
conforming duplex into compliance with the zoning
regulations.
