NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ZONING BYLAW
The Municipal Council of. The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
will hold.a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City
Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port. Coquitlam, B.C., on Monday, May 3rd,
1982 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed bylaws to amend the

"City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651".

» Bylaw No. 1891: to rezone Lot 13, District Lot 288, Group One,
Plan 4667, New Westminster District, from A-l1 to M-2.

Bylaw No. 1892: to rezone Block 14, Districr Lots 231 &.288,
Group One, Plan 4667, New Wesceminster, from A-l1 to M-2.

The properties described above that are the subject of Bylaw

Nos. 1891 and 1892 are located at 1765 Coast Meridian Road and

1725 Coast Meridian Road and are being rezoned in order that
industrial uses permitted in the M-2 zone may be established on the
property and it is expected that buildings, structures, etc. will be
erected thereon.

A copy of the proposed bylaw and other relevant documents may be
inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at
the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon

_and from 1:00 p.m. co 4:30 p.m., on working days, April 20th, 1982 to

May 3rd, 1982.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the

proposed bylaw shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the

Public Hearing on matters contained in the bylaw.
