TUE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BY-LAW NO. 1659

A by-law to amend the "Port Coquitiam Refuse Materials vollection,
Removal and Regulation By-law, 1976, No. 1426".
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts ss follows:
1. Clause (a) of Section 10 of the "Port Coquitlam Refuse Materials
Collection, Removal and Regulation By-law, 1976, No. 1426" is repealed and
the following substituted therefor:
"(a) The charge payable by each owner and occupier of premises
for the service authorized by this By-law, shall be Forty-Two
Dollars ($42.00) per annum and there shall be imposed, levied
and collected from each owner and occupier, a special annual
charge of Forty-Two Dollars ($42.00) for each of the premises
herein defined."
2. This By~law may be cited for all purposes as the “Port Coquitlam
Refuse Materials Collection, Removal and Regulation By-law, 1976, No. 1426,
Amendment By~law, 1979, No. 1659".
