BY-LAW NO. 1562

A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Sign By-law, 1969,
No. 936".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: ;
1. Clause (a) of Section 406 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Sign
By~law, 1969, No. 936" is repealed and the following substituted:

"(a) (1) In the C-3 and C-4 ZONES a free-standing sign may be
located anywhere on the lot. _
(ii) In all ZONES except the C-3 and C-4 ZONES no free-standing

sign shall be located closer than 10' to any property line.

2. Clause (b) of Section 3 of Schedule No. III of the By-law,

repealed by By-law No. 1226, is re-enacted as follows:

"(b) In the C~3 and C~4 ZONES, with the exception of an awning sign,
no sign shall project more than 23g! horizontally from the face
or wall of the building to which it is attached." .
3. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Sign By-law, 1969, No. 936, Amendment By-law, 1977, No. 1562".
