A By-law to dedicate certain real property owned by The Cor

WHEREAS the real property hereinafter nore particularly described

is owned by The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam:

AND WHEREAS pursuant to Section 468 of the "Municipal Act"

being Chapter 255 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1960, as

amended,

the Council may, with the assent of the electors, by By-law

dedicate for any public purpose any real property owned by the municipality;

“AND ND WHEREAS it is deemed in the public interest to dedicate

the real property hereinafter described as Public Parks;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Covneil of The Corporation of the

City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1.

The parcels of real property hereinafter described which are

owned by The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam and. situate

within the municipal limits of the City of Port Coquitlam and in the New

Westminster Land Registration District are hereby dedicated as Public

Parks and shall be held and used by The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam in conformity with the provisions of Part XVII of the Municipal

Act:
