-2- The above-noted property is an approximate 38-acre site located on the West side of the 3400 and 3500 blocks Cedar Drive, and upon its issuance Land Use Contract No. 22 will permit the said site to be used for the construction of 206 single family residences and 7 duplexes along with various ancillary uses as permitted in RS-l (Sing] 2-Family Residential) zones.
