The Leisure Activities Committee has, over the nast year, snoken of the

nossibility of looking at the extension of the present Senior Citizens

Facility. As we all know, our present facilitv is fully nrosrammed and

very well used. Mowever, a wider variety of nrosramming could be hand

if we had more facilities’ e.m. woodworking, lanidarv etc.

In the 1977 budget there have been monies set aside for long-ranne planning
and the committee would like to use a portion of this money to have some

preliminary drawings done.

Recommendation:

That we retain Garlberg-Jackson Partners to do preliminary drawings

extention on the present Senior Citizens Facility.
