Enelosed please find my application for a self-serve service station business
license.

The physical changes proposed to my existing 3 bay service station include:

1. The installation of a 24' X 4O't canopy,
2. new yard lishting,
new gasoline disvensers,
construction of a salesroon kiosk,
construction of new curping and the inclusion of landscaped areas,

removal of the existing blue and white aluminium banding and replacement
with orange "V" groove aluminium bqnding,

removal of porcelain tiles from the exterlor walis and repainting Scotch
Mist, .

construction of tro new pump islands,
9. end installation of a Sani-Dump for recreation vehicles.

These alonz with numerous other changes will cost Gulf Canada approximately

included for your information.
