Re: Notice of Motion - Appointment of
G.V.R.D. Directors

At the regular Council meeting of January 10th, 1977, Aiderman

Laking gave Notice of a Motion he intended to submit concerning a presentation
to the Provincial Government requesting that the election of Directors to the

Greater Vancouver Regional District be discontinued and that the previous

practice of Municipal Councils appointing such Directors be re-instated.
