Please accept this memorandum as a request to send Wen Kim,
Parks Superintendent, Alderman G.R. Laking and Alderman L.M. Traboulay
to the above conference which is sponsored by the National Recreation
& Park Association, which association we are members of. The Committee
recommends that expenses for attending this wnference on behalf of the
City of Port Coquitlam be paid by the City. We have received a programme
outlining the content of the conference and a copy is attached.
