Freeman City Clerk Re: Land Use Contract No. 25 Land Use Contract No. 25 refers to property located at 3091 Flint Street and the required Public Hearing was held on January 23rd, 1978 and the necessary By-laws have received Third Reading. In the Planning and Zoning Committee Report of October 27th, 1977 that was considered by Council on October 31st, 1977, the project was described as a five-unit townhouse on an 11,894 square foot site area and it was stated that the units were proposed to contain three bed- rooms each and would vary in size fvom 1,070 to 1,264 square feet and that eight parking spaces would be provided. We are now advised that the Developer has made all necessary deposits and has fulfilled ail the City's requirements and it is therefore now possible for final reading to be given to the two By-laws required and this can be done by passage of the following two resolutions: 1. "That By-law No. 1578 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted." 2. "That By-law No. 1579 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted." AOA sO City Clerk
