Rose is also survived by twenty

freat -grandchildren, her sister
den Smith, her brother Corbin
(Lilian) King, and -her. sister
Claudia (Red) Gale. Rose was
‘predeceased by her grand. -
daughter, Barbara Cook In 1975.

Rose was born on December 5,
1915, at Meeting. . Lake,
Saskatchewan. She lived in
Jasper, Alberta, then moved to
Terrace, B. CG. when she was a
teenager, At the age of twenty,
Rose married Cscar. They were
Marled for fifty-nina years, and
together they raised six children.
Rose lived in the matrimonial
home on Eby Street, until her
death.

Fase lovingly cared for alf her
family and especially for her
husband Oscar. Rose retired from
Skeena View Lodge In 1960 after
many years of dedicated and
fulfilling employment.

The family wishes to thank Or.
Weng, the Home Care nurses and
slaff and the many other health
care workers who were there for
Rose during her illness. We also
want to thank the Happy Gang
Centra for catering to tha open
house foilowing the tuneral.
