The Terrace Chil- dren’s Festival was held Sunday, Aug. 17 in Lower Little Park next to the public library, be- tween the hours of 1! p.m. and 4 p.m. The festival was co- sponsored by the Terrace Coffee House Society and the District of Ter- race.
