The Dollar azounts stated in Section 1 of this Schedule are
based on the City's Prelisinary Engineering Design and Preliminary Cost
Esticates. As a result of Final Engineering Design to be carried out by
the Developer, quantities, lecations, sizes, etc. might vary from that
deterained froa the prelistaary work and the City does not in any way
ensure that actual increased costa resulting from the Final Approved
Engineering Design and Tender Call will‘not occur. any increased costa
over aad above the stated bonding amount of $9,350.00 shall be tha,
responsibility of the Developer,
