The Coquitlam Indian Band requests that the City of Port Coquitlam extends permission
for the Baad to use Access Route No. 5 for a minimum of one (1) year.

All of the itenza mumbered 2 - a), b), c), d), ©), 9, J), and k) requested by the’Februar} th
Resolution have beea complied with.

In respect to items 2 - h) and i), the approval to obtain avcess to Pitt River Road is still

being pursued by Ganapathi, Ashcroft and Corapany, Barristers and Solicitors. To this
point, there his not been a resolution to this problem.
