Re: Rezoning of 2475 Ottawa Street, Port Coquitlam, 8.C.

We confirm that we have been instructed by our above clients to
request an extension of the time for the rezoning of the above
property as there have been some delays which have resulted in the
project being held up. We understand that the original rezoning
application was approved in February 15, 1993 and that the approval
expires on February 15 of this year. Accordingly, we are writing
to request a one year extension of the time for allowed for the re-
zoning.

Please contact the undersigned immediately if you have any problems
or questions with respect to the foregoing. Otherwise, we would
appreciate it if you could bring our clients’ request for the
extension to City Council for approval and then provide us with
your written confirmation once that extension has been granted.
