RECOMMENDATION ?

That this applicatioa be approved to proceed for rezoning from RS-1 (Lasze
Lot Residential) to C-2 (Neighbdourhooc Commercial) under Section 963 of
the Municipal Act subject to:

a) Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of
Planning}

b) Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements;

c) Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks e=¢
Recreation Department;
