A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2246"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam. in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more

New Westminster District

having an area of 2.94 ha (7.26 acres) shown included within Lot ’1’ on the plan annexed to
this Bylaw as Schedule "A" and made a part hereof is hereby rezoned from A-1
(Agricultural) to CS-1 (Highway Commercial) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

having an area of 0.528 ha (1.30 acres) shown included within Lot ’2’ on the plan annexed
to this Bylaw as Schedule "A" and made a part hereof is hereby rezoned from A-1
(Agricultural) to C-2 (Neighbourhood Commercial) and the Zoning Map of the "Port
Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
