A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2246" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam. in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: i. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Those portions of: Parcel J, Lot 30 Except Part shown on Plan 9168, Plan 1033 Lot 26, Plan 4318 Section 7 & 8 Block 6, NRIE New Westminster District having an area of 2.94 ha (7.26 acres) shown included within Lot ’1’ on the plan annexed to this Bylaw as Schedule "A" and made a part hereof is hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to CS-1 (Highway Commercial) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. That portion of: Lot 26, Section 7 & 8 Block 6, NRIE Plan 4318 New Westminster District having an area of 0.528 ha (1.30 acres) shown included within Lot ’2’ on the plan annexed to this Bylaw as Schedule "A" and made a part hereof is hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to C-2 (Neighbourhood Commercial) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
