That His Worship Mayor Traboulay and the City Clerk be authorized to
execute the attached two Emergency Access Right-of-Way Agreements over the
following properties:

1. Lot 34, DL. 231, Group 1, NWD, Plan 84360.

2. Lot 24, DL. 231, Group 1, NWD, Plan 79765, and Lot 35, D.L. 231,
Group 1, NWD, Plan 84360.

From the Director of Planning, February 26th, 1991 regarding Rezoning
Application No. 57/90 for 3171 Flint Street.

That this application for rezoning from RS-1, Single Family Residential to
RT-1 Two Family Residential not be approved; and

That the issue of re-designation of this property to APARTMENT be referred
to the Planning Department for consideration as part of the Officiel Community
Plan review currently underway.
