However, B.C. Tel cannot implement LMS without prior
approval from the CRTC, and approval from the federal
regulator would not even be considered without valuable
input from our customers and the necessary public hearings.

There will always be a need to explore the benefits of new
systems and procedures, for that is the only way we can

: continue to improve. However, public support and regulatory
approval are mandatory elements of any changes we implement

to the system.
