| trailer at 2052 Coquitlam Avenue with the provision that it be removed
within five months from time of being placed on the property.

1828 Dorset Avenue.

Moved by Alderman Laking:
Seconded by Alderman Farnworth:

WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for
municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

‘te Lot 42 of Lot "A"; Block E: of Block 1; District Lot 479, Group One,
Plan 12212, New Westminster District, being 1828 Dorset Avenue, Port
Coquitlam, B.C. be sold to Mr. Tim Whitworth, 1733 Eastern Drive,

Port Coquitlam, B.C. V3C 2T5 at or for the price or sum of
$41,000.00.

2. The adjustment date be January 30th, 1987 or earlier.
3. The possession date be January 30th, 1987 or earlier.

4. The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents

necessary for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal
of the City thereto.

NEW BUSINESS:

Alderman Farnworth advised that Vancouver City Council made
motion to not allow Canada Post Crown Corporation to place the new

Super Mailboxes on City proparty and that Port Coquitlam Counci|
follow suit.

That the Canada Post Crown Corporation not be allowed to
instal! Super Mailboxes on City property.
