include a comment that tax levies changes with their assessment. ;

That the City Engineer improve the visibility of the stop sign
on Langan Avenue and the west side of Taylor Street by painting in
stop lines and by moving the stop sign into the pavement.and
providing a temporary. curb for protection but that 4-way stops not
be installed;

AND THAT the request for a Four-Way Stop at Taylor Street/Langan
Avenue be reviewed in six months! time. : . :
